1. Can the service provider hospital, nursing home or multi speciality clinic avail the exemption of small service provider upto 10 laksh.
2. Whether service tax on Health services should be charged on the entire bill amount including the pharmacy value or can the service tax be charged on the value excluding the pharmacy value

1. Yes.
2. Pharmacy value should be deducted by way of abetment under notification no. 12/2003-ST dated, 20.06.2003.
