Dear Sir,
One company has paid GTA without availing 75% abatement and avail the entire service tax credit from April-08 to April-09.The service tax department says to reverse the 75 % Credit.whether 75% extra payment of gta be refunded or adjustment from subsequent Gta paymentliability be adjusted
