DEAR SIR DIRECTOR PROVIDES SERVICE TO A COMPANY OF RS 750000 INTHISE CASE COMPANY IS PAY TO SERVISE TAX 100% 750000*14=105000
HE CAN CLAIME ABATEMENT AS WEEL AS CENVAT CREDIT OR NOT???DIRECTOR CAN AVAIL BASIC EXEMPITION LIMIT OF RS 1000000.PLEASE GIVE ME ANSWERE YES OR NOT???

There is no any abatement. The company can take the cenvat credit of duty paid under RCM.
