14 July 2008 Whether Commission received by Clearing & Forwarding Agents in india from the Shipping Line like Maersk India, APL India, Safmarine Shipping etc., is subject to Service Tax i.e., C/F agent has to deposit Service Tax on such commission? Please advice me
