we have manufacturing unit and having specified space in company area for canteen . we have one contractor for serving food in company canteen. food will be made by the contractor at company premises and will be provided in canteen area. whether it will be treated in catering service or eating joint or mess or canteen.
and our canteen is not air condintioned and not having bar license.
whether i can claim exemption under notification no. 25/2012.
