greetings for the day... i have a client who runs canteen in some industries and in some hospitals, my query is whether he is liable to pay service tax to department as per new provisions of the service tax because as per factory act, it is exempted from paying service tax by the canteen contractor who runs canteen at such place i am not sure whether this exemption granted will be applicable in our case or not plz help me to solve this query thanks in advance
