Service tax on brokarage

12 April 2013 I have a partnership firm if I pay brokerage to anybody for selling my product. Shall I have to pay service tax on that?

12 April 2013 If service provider charges any service tax, then you have to pay it. I think you getting confused with RCM. It is not applicable for Brokerage.
