09 July 2011 can any one help me about service tax apply on bill base of all service from 01/7/2011.
if bill r generate in july and last month receipt come in bank then both service tax paid on bill and recepit..??

13 July 2011 Service Tax on Bill Raised on or after 1st July should be paid on Accrual basis but regarding Bill which has been raised before 1st July on which Service Tax has not been paid on Accrual basis, Service Tax should be paid on Receipt basis.

15 July 2011 This based on the period which services provided, if the services provided in june and bill raised in july we need to pay receipt basis. only services rendered from July onwards need to pay accrual basis
