Dear Sir, My Question is 1- Can a trader (non excise able goods having registration of service tax ) take service tax input credit of freight inward outward ,Telephone,Postage & Courier ? 2- who will pay Service tax Liability of freight if it is included in invoice ?

You should have supporting to show as to who is paying it,without which, you can not claim an exemption or abatement on it.....mjk
