Sir
We are Working in PSU where some vehicle has been taken on monthly hire basis and we are paying 5% Assam VAT under Fifth Schedule Assam VAT Act of SNo 3"Lease Transcation".
Whether we are also liable for pay of Service Tax under reverse Charge?

If local assam vat is paid for such transactions under right to use, then there is no service tax liability.
