Service tax job work

28 April 2014 Dear Experts,

A company is raising invoices of one division JOB work to it's another division then service tax is applicable or not.
and if Job work given to its sister companies then service tax is applicable or not on job performed.

28 April 2014 One division to another division will not attract service tax, it will be the service for own, not different entities.

Incase of sister companies, then Service tax applicable for job works
