Q1.Is the Indian Co. liable to pay Service Tax?
Q2. Will the taxability under reverse charge method??

12 November 2010 This appears to be Ocean freight which in jmy mind is not liable for service tax as on date.
If activity not liable then the liability under 66A also should fail.
