As per Rule 4 of the Cenvat Credit Rules,2004 cenvat credit of inputs is allowed on receipt of same and of input services on receipt of the invoice,bill or challan refered to in rule9 .
Provided where the payment for service is not made within 3 months of date of invoice ,the cenvat credit availed shall be paid.
