06 July 2014 if we can avail cenvat credit or Not.
if a bill received from service provider
security services =50,000
service tax = 0
total =50,000
Now we can avail cenvat credit of service tax or not, if the service tax not shown separately in the invoice.

06 July 2014 cant take cenvat credit if not shown seperately in invoice

however if u paid service tax under reversecharge as a service receiver can take cenvat credit after payment on basis of GAR7
