My Query is related to Service Tax on payment being made to Doctors\Hospitals under the scheme of Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna. .
Can you please let us know on what amount the Service Tax @ 10.30% is Payable.its urgent

14 December 2011 It will be exempt u/s 105(zzzzo) as the BPL card holder do not take any mediclaim policy from insurance com.
