06 July 2011 Whether service tax credit will be available on Marine Insurance policy to a Manufacturer please reply its very urgent

08 July 2011 Yes, if you have taken Ins Policy for Import of Raw Material or Capt Goods, then you are eligible to avil service tax credit,
