The invoice dated 28-2-2014 of Rs 100000. ST chrged on by s provider(3.09%) Rs 3090. ST by service receipent(9.27%) Rs 9270. suppose provision of payment to Xyz :-6.3.2014.
My question pertaining above exa. 1-which amount to be taken credit of St either 3090 or 9270 or both. 2- due date of payment of service tax as per point of taxation rule.
