14 September 2011 Can we avail service tax credit on labour contract given for Housekeeping, Gardening, Mechanical and Electrical Works, Hospitality, Local transportation. If so, what is the notification.

14 September 2011 As per Cenvat Credit Rules, you can take credits of all service tax paid on Input Services.
