25 March 2008 Does Processing Fees Charged by NSDL, CSDL, BSE, NSE or other govt bodies or local authority include service tax amount in their invoice.
(if in the invoice, service tax is neither seperatly charged nor mentioned ,can we take the input credit on the assumption bases that this government bodies generally charges service tax)

03 April 2008 Service tax credit is not on mere assumptions , it has to be clearly stated in the invoice, if it has not been shown or stated as to be " inclusive" then ther credit eligibility is gone.
