19 October 2015 i m working in mfg company...co. receved a bill anount rs.12000 in which exp. is rs.10000 & sr. tax is 2000/-... the exp. is related to admin exp. can we take benefit of service tax or have to treat all amount as exp.?

19 October 2015 Admin expencess should be directly concern with manufacturing or rendring of services.

you can ...take or if not directly concern with your regular activity please ignore.

20 October 2015 but i have no any notification that will show me the the exect rule about to take service tax credit...if you have..please suggest...
