25 September 2013 We are manufacturer. We have imported a consignment & some of our shipping line bills mentioned our Regd. Office address. Can we take credit of service tax mentioned in invoices as our Regd. Office address not mentioned in ST-2.

Please advise.

25 September 2013 In case your office is not mentioned in ST-2, you can not avail the cenvat credit.

Make amendment in ST-2 & avail the cenvat credit.
