25 December 2008 i want to knw can we take sewrvice tax credit when our name of the company is not proper or not mentioned on the bill?

what is the relevant rule , section in this regards.?

25 December 2008 Duty paying document must contain all prescribed details as specified in Rule 9(2) of Cenvat Credit Rules (as ammended w.e.f. 1.3.2007).
