Please tell me the calculation for amount of service tax on a rental income from yard space given on rent to a company. Company paying Rs. 1,20,000/- per month. how to calculate the service tax amount will it on Rs 120000/- or it can be arrive as includes in Rs 120000/- please reply

It depends on the contract made between you and landlord.. if Rs.1.2 lac is inclusive of service tax as per agreement then treat as if service tax is paid... or else pay service tax on Rs.1.2 lac..
