08 July 2013 Yes ST is prima facie applicable.. Only services provided BY (NOT TO) a foriegn diplomatic mission are exempt....

08 July 2013 The normal rate of St is 12.36%. However certain abatements are also available for certain services. For which pl refer to Notif No 26/12012-St adetd 20-6-2012
