WE CAN FILE APPEAL TO COMM.(APPEAL) AGAINST SCN ISSUED BY ADJUCATING AUTHORITY WITHIN 2 MONTH OF DEMAND NOTICE.

NOW SUPPOSE 6 MONTHS ARE OVER THEN WHAT ARE REMEDIES AVAILABLE WITH US.
KINDLY REPLY URGENT.

31 May 2013 You need to wait till the get order from Comm(Appeal). Few instances it takes one year also.
But you maintain Acknowledgement copy (at the time of submission of ST-4)properly.
