11 January 2012 Dear Sir please tell me without registration of service tax i.e i don't have service tax no.can i collect service tax from customer and also added on bill. bcoz now my turnover is below examt

11 January 2012 only a registered assesee can charge service tax,

apply for registration after 9 lacs and charge only after 10 lacs of taxable service turnover.
