In current year my party raised invoice to me for year 2004.(in 2004 party raised short invoice to me) If i paid this invoice this year can i get service tax setoff this year.OR if this is within time barred than Please clarify

Party Issued Invoice In Current Year in this case no matter of previous year. you will treat as current year invoice and take service tax credit.
