Since under service tax nothing is FREE

all is taxable .

except transport of MILK,VEGITABLE, FRUITS,FLOWERS,are exempted or no tax .

firstly you need to the acertain the value if travelling expenses used by the car. it exceed above 10 lakh you need to pay the ST.

upto 10 lakh it is exempted from tax.
