(Querist)
25 December 2010 our enterprise is manufacuring unit. during the year 2004-05 to march-09 we get cenvat credit(service tax) on claring & forwading charges,on outward freight,on CHA Export,on commission.
But Recently show Cause notice is sent by Excise Department stating that cenvat credit taken is wronly taken by us.
so what to do in this matter? and credit taken by us is right or wrong ?
