07 July 2010 As per my understanding it may be for application of new registration for section 65(105)

1. Residential complex construction(zzzh)
2. Construction of commercial complex (zzq)
3. Special service provided by a builder etc, to the prospective tax buyers such as providing preferential location or external or internal development of complexes on extra charges[Finance Act 1994, Section 65(105)(zzzzu) ]
