if a facility management company rasing invoice on facility provieded and service tax liablity. and another invoice issue for electricity exchage without service tax.is it right process? 2. if company want to issue combind bill of facility management and electricity in single invoice without paying service tax on electricity expense mention on bill.

Electricity is treated as goods and on sale of it Sales Tax is charged. Hence in my view, service tax is not chargeable on supply of electricity.
