DEAR SIR, URGENT REPLY AS I AM THE TAXABLE SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE PROVIDED THE SERVICE WHICH IS EXEMPT IN NATURE. BUT I HAVE PAID THE SERVICE TAX IN DUE TIME. AT THE TIME OF FILLING THE RETURN I HAVE REALISED THAT THE SERVICE IS EXEMPTED. SO, HOW WILL I GET THE MONEY REFUNDED PLEASE PROVIDE THE PROCEDURE IN DUE CARE. THANKS

You can claim refund within the normal period of 1(one) year. The limitation runs from the date of payment of tax into Government Exchequre.
You have to satisfy that the burden of tax has not been passed to others.
