12 September 2012 we have received a bill of car hire charges. the owner is proprietor. and he has charges 4.94 % ser charges.

i just wanted to know is it correct invoice with 4.94% service tax.

The rate is applicable only if service receiver is a body corporate and provider is not a body corporate
