20 October 2009 my pcc is due in nov'09. Want to confirm the following:

1.Payment of service tax is made thru form no. TR-6 or GAR-7?
2. Sec.71 in Service Tax?

As per what i know sec70 was about furnishing of returns?? Request your help.
