Dear Sir, I wish to clarify some doubt regarding Service Tax. i.e. M/s. JS Health Care providing the service of recommend/refer the best doctor for its customer's requirements.For this type of service it is getting some amount from the customers. Is it applicable service tax? if yes, under which category of service?
