21 July 2013 i am a civil contractor and i take a contract and contract hand-over the sub-contractor.
my query is that can i deduct the TDS of contract receipts on sub contractor.

21 July 2013 It is you that is receiving the amount and not the sub contractor. So TDS will be deducted.
