27 April 2013 WHAT IS R&D CESS PAYABLE IN SERVICE TAX AND WHO CAN TAKE BENIEFT OF IT

27 April 2013 though i don't much idea about it, but it is not payable under service tax.
payable on import of technology and levied under R&D Cess Act
