RESTAURANT & BAR HAVING FL LICENCE PROVIDING ALCOHOL DRINK & FOOD BUT PREMISES IS NOT HAVING AIR CONDITION AT ALL WHETHER SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE OR NOT. IF APPLICABLE THEN FROM WHICH DATE AND RATE OF TAX & ANY ABATEMENT AVAILABLE PL GIVE THE ILLUSTRATION OF TAX CALCULATION
