I presume that you are receiving rent from the immovable property. There is no reverse charge on the rent. please elaborate your question

alright thanku ..ok now if a director is letting his property to company on rent ..so who is liable to pay service tax and what tax planning can be done to save service tax...

Director is liable to pay service tax if the rent received after deduction of property tax payable against the property is more than Rs. 10 lakh per annum.
The charges for utilisation of the premises like electricity, water, society maintenance charges, repairing etc. should be paid directly by the Company to save service tax on the same
