10 August 2012 Dear Sir,
How should an man power supplier(Firm) raise the Invoice under Reverse Charge Mechanism on it's client (Pvct Ltd)?

ex: JS LLP is firm providing man power supply to JKV Pvt Ltd for Rs.100000?
How it should raise the invoice with Service Tax?

Add: Service Tax
25% of 12.36% 30,900
Total 10,30,900
Following note shall be included in the invoice-

Note:75% of the service tax liability shall be paid directly to the government by the service receiver.
