19 January 2014 my company turn over annually above 10 laks in previous year

if would come this year below 9 laks is this applicable to service tax
pls let me know

Yes in this year you will have to pay ST, but in next year you will not be required to pays ST

then, while we doing transaction in service tax we don't know it reach above 9 laks to ending financial year but
if we received service tax from customer
wht we do?
