2. B is Foreign Company who is Service Recipient

4. Nature of Work: Labour Charge

Service Tax charged or not?

A pvt ltd company Service provided to MNC company B.
B is a MNC company which are doing project in India.

MNC company want to clarification How to order placed with service tax or without service tax. if Applicable they want related Notification.

Please suggest Notification related this .

21 September 2015 Service provider is a limited company then they are liable to pay service tax. The Service recipient are not liable to pay service tax.
