Service given by foreign company to indian company

01 March 2013 We are the Service provider in India. Some Services we utilized from Abroad Company. Whether we will pay the service tax for that services under Service reverse mechanism.
Secondly whether that service tax paid to government at the time of payment made to Abroad Company or booking the same in our Books

01 March 2013 Service to would be applicable at the time of payment (assuming transaction with non AE) and payment made within 6 months from the date of accounting
