18 July 2014 is it mandatory to pay service charge while paying bill of a hotel? if yes, then what is the rate of service charge?

18 July 2014 If the hotel charges service charges on their bill then u must have to pay it. There is no rate of Service charges. But there is rate of service tax. The common rate of ST is 12.36%
