Pls advice We hare a manufacturer of IT Product and our product is cover under excise act and pls advice we have raised labour charges invoice copy with service tax other manufacture it is also cover under excise act

20 June 2013 You will pay the service tax on manpower services under the reverse charge system vide notification no. 30/2012-ST.

20 June 2013 1)yes,Service should be manpower supply if labour was working under command of Principal Employer(service receiver).

2)Service tax payable on salary plus PF, ESI plus commission of labour contractor.
