Dear experts, company want send the excisable goods as sample to it's customer, please tell me weather duty will be paid on this free of cost excisable goods or not if yes in whom name do i need to make invoice,

AS DUTY OF EXCISE IS ON MANUFACTURING DUTY IS PAYABLE EVEN IF IT IS NOT SOLD.THE REMOVAL SHALL BE IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE REMOVAL OF GOODS FOR HOME CONSUMPTION.
