I am a salaried person & I have some of FD on interest receive in A.Y-2015-16, As time of today return filling time I have total income tax payable Rs.91000/- & i have already paid 90000 by Form16&16A, i have payable rs.1000/-, On 1000/- rs.payment liable with calculation section 234ABC...?

As per the figures submitted by you, No. You need not pay any interest u/s 234B&C.
Advance Tax is applicable only if your tax payable is more than Rs. 10,000 only.
