An insurance company regularly invests huge funds in market for earning gains for policyholders.Can you please confirm if it needs to track the STT paid on the purchase of shares from the secondary market from Tax’s perspective. Also, confirm the STT rate on equity. Kindly revert asap. Its urgent.
