Hi Sir, We received a bill of security guards for the April-2015. He has not mentioned his EPF & ESI number only mentioned service tax no. Now my question is in this case security guards's esi & epf will be pay by employer or security contractor? Please suggest me.

If the security service provider is not regd.with ESI and PF departments than the principal employer that is the company taking their services will be liable under these ACts fully.It is advised to ask them to get regd. under these Acts ,ceratinly they may charge the requisite contributionsd from yr company as per their terms of employment,
