17 November 2011 is it advisable or necessary to give referance of sections or clause details in exam?.... or clear defination is enough.

17 November 2011 Quoting the sections is not mandatory. Giving a clear definition would be enough.
Quote the sections only where you are sure is correct, else quoting a wrong section will create a negative section.

However, you should quote those sections which should be commonly known to a CA Final Student, since you are supposed to possess expert knowledge!!!
